Job Description

Strong technical background (degree or equivalent practical experience) combined with a continuous learning mindset. Genuine passion for technology, hands-on problem-solving, and customer-facing interactions. Analytical, self-motivated, and structured with a strong ability to build trustful relationships. Fluency in Swedish and English (written and spoken); knowledge of German is a plus. You do not need to be a fully polished sales professional from day one — we value your technical curiosity and provide structured, tailored onboarding.

Your Tasks & Responsibilities

Drive commercial & technical value: Understand customer needs and translate them into tailored product and service solutions for our Swedish and Scandinavian operations. Build & maintain key relationships: Proactively identify new business and service opportunities, establishing long-term, trust-based partnerships (primarily in Sweden and Norway). Collaborate within a global network: Work closely with product specialists, local operations, and global expert teams to deliver high-quality, sustainable solutions. Execute customer site visits: Manage field engagements with approximately 20–40 travel days per year across Scandinavia. Support business growth: Contribute to the operational success and continuous development of the Group Division FRS in Sweden.
