Salesforce Agentforce Developer

Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform. Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards. Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products. Be a productive member of the team.

3-8+ years of experience working within the Salesforce ecosystem. Skilled Agentforce Specialist / Consultant with strong experience in the Salesforce ecosystem to design, implement, and optimize AI-powered agents using Salesforce Agentforce. Should have a combination of Salesforce expertise, AI and automation knowledge, integration experience, and strong business understanding to deliver intelligent and scalable customer and employee experiences. Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and/or Sales Cloud. Strong knowledge of Flow Builder and Salesforce process automation. Experience with APIs and system integrations. Hands-on experience with Agentforce, Einstein AI, or similar conversational AI platforms. Strong understanding of prompt engineering, NLP, conversational design, and Generative AI concepts. Knowledge of Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Components is preferred. Experience integrating third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs. Good understanding of Salesforce data modeling. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Swedish language proficiency is mandatory.
