SAP Cutover Lead

Avigna is hiring SAP Cutover Lead Our SAP Delivery Center aims to build strong and sustainable solutions for customers across Europe. We are looking for an SAP Cutover Lead to join the team to build, support and drive customer innovations, bringing efficiency to business processes through effective management of cost, quality, and schedule. As part of a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation program, you will play a critical role in planning, coordinating, and executing ERP cutover and go-live activities across multiple business functions. Experience: 8+ Years (Recommended)Location: StockholmMode of Work: HybridLanguages: Swedish and English Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of ERP/SAP cutover and go-live activities.Define and manage the overall cutover strategy aligned with project objectives and business priorities.Develop and maintain detailed cutover schedules, runbooks, dependency maps, and execution plans.Coordinate business and technical teams to ensure all pre-go-live, go-live, and post-go-live tasks are completed successfully.Drive the creation and validation of:Cutover StrategyDetailed Cutover PlanTechnical Go-Live PlanBusiness Go-Live PlanHypercare Support PlanRollback PlanBusiness Continuity PlanRisk Mitigation and Contingency PlansCollaborate closely with stakeholders across business units, SAP functional teams, data migration teams, system integration partners, and IT operations.Manage execution of cutover activities while minimizing business disruption and operational risks.Monitor cutover readiness, identify risks, and ensure timely resolution of issues.Lead stakeholder communication and provide regular status updates to project leadership and steering committees.Coordinate hypercare support activities and ensure a smooth transition to support and operations teams.Actively contribute to program governance and decision-making throughout the project lifecycle. Qualification:Proven experience leading SAP S/4HANA or large-scale ERP cutover and go-live programs.Strong understanding of ERP implementation methodologies, deployment strategies, and transition management.Hands-on experience developing detailed cutover runbooks, schedules, and execution plans.Solid knowledge of SAP landscapes, business processes, and system integration concepts.Good understanding of data migration activities and their impact on business operations during go-live.Experience working within complex, multi-vendor, and multi-stakeholder environments.Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across business and technology domains.Strong expertise in risk management, business continuity planning, and rollback strategies.Demonstrated leadership experience in business-critical transformation initiatives.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.Ability to make informed decisions and perform effectively in high-pressure environments.Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Swedish.Experience with procurement, sales, warehouse management, transportation, finance, master data, or related SAP business processes is highly desirable.Previous experience within retail, distribution, FMCG, beverage, or supply chain-driven industries will be considered an advantage.
