SAP Migration Project Manager

As the customer lead, support migration of Core S/4 data that is executed by a vendor data migration team, ensuring quality, reconciliation and business sign-off.For Core S/4, this includes master data as well as any open and/or active transactional data. In addition to Core S/4, lead data migration in other systems in the ecosystem that includes open and active master/transactional data in Procurement systems (i.e. Ariba and FieldGlass) and Document Management system (i.e. GIMMAL and Sharepoint). In addition to data migration, also lead data cleansing effort in coordination with business/finance partners to ensure data quality and relevancy requirements are met. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESPart of of large program management team where data migration is a separate workstream with a dedicated project manager.Support vendor Core S/4 data migration lead to meet project timelines in areas such as data relevancy requirements, data mapping and data validation.Ensure vendor Core S/4 data migration team executes per SAP Activate methodology and appropriate artifacts and deliverables are produced and reviewed per program governance process.Develop and maintain the migration strategy, object inventory, wave plan, governance, and integrated schedule for data migration in Procurement and Document Management systems.***Clarification: Core S/4 data migration lead project manager is the vendor Project manager.For all others, NTTD project manager is the lead.Coordinate profiling, mapping, cleansing, transformation, extraction, loading and validation activities.Manage mock loads, data load cycles, dress rehearsal, cutover migration, and post-load stabilization.Establish reconciliation controls, acceptance criteria, defect management, and business sign-off.Coordinate with other implementation workstream project managers and teams to schedule out migration phases (i.e. loads) for overall project needs (e.g. testing, validation, training, etc). REQUIRED EXPERIENCE10+ years in project delivery, including 5+ years in SAP data migration, including planning and executing end-to-end data migration cycles for ERP or large-scale financial systemsExperience with OTS data migration toolset and/or custom data migration script libraryExperience managing complex global migration cycles, business data ownership, and financial reconciliation.
