SAP SuccessFactors Senior Consultants – Freelance - Belgium 🇧🇪 We are building a team of experienced SAP SuccessFactors Senior Consultants for a major HR transformation programme in Belgium. Multiple consultants required. I am particularly interested in senior functional consultants across:

• Performance & Goals (PM/GM)• Recruiting• SmartRecruiters• Learning• Onboarding• Time / Time Tracking / Time & Attendance• Compensation

We are looking for consultants who have delivered multiple end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations and are comfortable working directly with the customer from requirements and process design through configuration, testing and go-live. Key experience:

• Deep expertise in at least one of the modules above• Multiple SAP SuccessFactors implementations• Workshops / requirements gathering• Process design• Hands-on configuration• Integration understanding• Testing / UAT support• Data and migration awareness• Cutover / go-live / hypercare• Strong customer-facing experience• Experience working within complex or international organisations advantageous
