About the Role: Lead and scale a high-performing EMEA SDR team, driving pipeline growth, developing talent and building the foundations for continued expansion. Lead, coach and develop a high-performing SDR team across EMEA.Own outbound pipeline generation, performance and key team metrics.Hire and develop top SDR talent into future AEs and sales leaders.Partner with Sales, Marketing and Operations to improve campaigns, messaging and outbound strategy.
