Senior Atlassian Architect (f/m/x)
We are looking for a strategic, technically skilled Senior Atlassian Architect to join our Agile & Atlassian team in Sweden. As part of an experienced group of over 100 specialists, you will play a key role in designing, delivering, and optimizing Atlassian-based solutions for our clients. You will work closely with both existing and new clients, leveraging your expertise to support complex Atlassian initiatives. This hybrid position allows for flexibility while contributing to our mission as an Atlassian Platinum Partner, providing comprehensive support in implementing and automating business processes.
Your tasks
Delivering high-quality, scalable Atlassian Cloud solutions that meet client needs and follow best practicesLeading and coordinating project teams as a Technical Lead, ensuring smooth collaboration and on-time deliverySolving complex technical and architectural challenges within the Atlassian ecosystemProviding strategic guidance to clients on Atlassian platform development, integrations, and process improvementsSupporting presales activities by designing solution architectures, contributing to proposals, and recommending the right technologiesParticipating in marketing and community initiatives, such as webinars, conferences, and industry eventsMentoring team members and supporting their growth through training and knowledge sharingAnalyzing client environments and suggesting innovative solutions to enhance their workflows
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in designing and implementing Atlassian solutionsDeep expertise in JIRA, Atlassian Tools, and Atlassian ConfluenceHands-on mastery of Atlassian Cloud, Atlassian Guard, and Atlassian Organization AdministrationPractical experience with Rovo and LoomStrong command of best practices in the Atlassian ecosystem and experience in optimizing toolsAdvanced level of English and Swedish
