This is a high‑impact role focused on building and scaling an outbound business development function from the ground up, creating new opportunities with game developers, publishers and studios across Europe, North America and beyond. About the roleYou will take ownership of outbound business development, helping drive the studio's next phase of growth. Working directly with the Founder and COO, you'll build relationships across the games industry, generate new opportunities and convert prospects into long‑term clients.This role is ideal for a commercially minded sales professional with deep games industry contacts, experience selling creative outsourcing services and the ability to create a pipeline from scratch.
