As a Swedish-speaking Senior BDR for the Scandinavian region, you will have the autonomy to build and execute the local pipeline strategies. What you will doTake ownership of outbound prospecting campaigns targeting key decision-makers (HR, L&D, and C-level) mainly in the Scandinavian regionAct as a trusted advisor by conducting qualitative discovery calls to understand the specific organizational development challenges of prospectsCollaborate closely with Marketing and Account Executives to experiment and optimize local market penetration strategiesManage and maintain a clean pipeline in our CRM (Hubspot), ensuring data-driven decision-making What you will bringScandinavian market experience, with a proven track record of building outbound pipelineAn autonomous, structured work style: you thrive in a high-trust cultureExceptional communication skills, comfortable engaging with HR directors and senior leadershipTech-savvy, with hands-on experience using modern sales tools (Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)Typically requires 1+ years of experience as a BDR/SDR in B2B SaaS, ideally within HR tech or L&DFluent in English and Swedish, other languages are seen as an advantage We would love to hear from you!We encourage you to send in your application as soon as possible, as we will go through the applications on an ongoing basis.
