Senior Construction Manager | Data Centre ConstructionHelsinki, Finland ROA Talent is supporting several leading mission critical contractors as they continue to expand across Europe’s growing data centre market. We’re looking to speak with experienced Senior Construction Managers who enjoy leading complex construction projects and want to work on some of Europe’s most significant hyperscale developments.Whether you’re already working within data centres or have delivered major pharmaceutical, industrial or large-scale commercial projects, we’d like to hear from you. The Role You’ll oversee the full delivery of construction packages from mobilisation through to completion, managing site teams, subcontractors, and client relationships to ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards. This is a senior leadership role requiring strong technical knowledge, commercial awareness, and the ability to drive performance across multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities Lead and manage construction delivery across multiple packages, ensuring alignment with programme, budget, and quality requirements.Oversee site operations, subcontractor performance, and resource allocation.Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company standards.Provide strategic leadership, mentoring, and guidance to project engineers and site managers.Manage stakeholder relationships, including clients, consultants, and Tier 1 contractors.Monitor progress, resolve site challenges, and implement corrective actions where required.Drive continuous improvement in construction processes, reporting, and project outcomes.Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and handover of completed works. Skills Required Strong knowledge of civil engineering and construction management principles.Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects (data centres, industrial, pharmaceutical, or mission critical facilities).Excellent leadership and team management skills.Ability to interpret technical drawings, BIM models, and project specifications.Commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets, contracts, and schedules.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Problem-solving mindset with focus on practical solutions.Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
