We are looking for a motivated and entrepreneurial Senior Consultant with 2–4 years of experience working within digital transformation initiatives, AI solutions, low-code platforms, or platform-specific development environments. In this role, you will combine responsibilities across project coordination, business analysis, product ownership, and stakeholder management. You will work closely with both clients and internal teams to drive digital initiatives from concept to implementation in a dynamic startup environment where initiative, accountability, and self-leadership are highly valued.What You Will Do Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support digital transformation initiatives focused on AI, automation, and low-code solutionsGather, analyze, and document business and functional requirementsCollaborate with developers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful deliveryAct as a bridge between business and technology teamsSupport prioritization, planning, and execution of digital products and transformation projectsContribute to agile delivery processes and continuous improvement initiatives Take ownership of deliverables and proactively drive initiatives forwardRequired Qualifications2–4 years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, business analysis, product ownership, project coordination, or similar rolesExperience working with AI-related projects, low-code platforms (such as Appian or Mendix), or platform-specific developmentStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced startup environmentRelevant university degree or equivalent higher education qualificationFluent in English, both written and spoken Preferred QualificationsExperience with AppianExperience with Mendix or similar low-code platformsKnowledge of agile frameworks and methodologiesExperience with requirements gathering and backlog management in agile environmentsUnderstanding of automation, workflow optimization, and digital process transformation What We Offer Opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI and digital transformation initiativesA collaborative and entrepreneurial startup environmentHigh degree of responsibility and influenceProfessional growth and career development opportunitiesIn addition to:30 days of vacation, flexible & hybrid work setup, and a great office in the center of Stockholm.Regular team activities, employee wellness benefits, and company pension schemes.International projects, global mobility (work abroad temporarily!), and, if needed, relocation support.
