Senior Developer – Agentic Development Platform (ADP)

About the role Our client's Helsingborg-based team is building the Agentic Development Platform (ADP) — a platform that raises the abstraction level for developers by replacing fragmented portals and manual workflows with out-of-the-box solutions for core development tasks like deployment. What you'll doShape technical architecture and design decisions for ADPBuild features and functionality, including AI-driven capabilitiesPartner on UX to keep the platform intuitive for developer usersIntegrate ADP with existing internal development tools and portalsJoin team ceremonies, code reviews, and collaborative problem-solvingPrototype and validate solutions with product owners and end usersContribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing What we're looking for Most important: Technical architecture expertise for developer platforms/toolingHands-on experience building agentic/AI-driven capabilitiesUX competence for developer-facing tools Also valued: System integration and API design experienceComfort working with ambiguity in early-stage product developmentA strategic mindset alongside hands-on deliveryExperience with internal developer portals, DevOps practices, or cloud infrastructureAgile/iterative delivery experienceStrong collaborator — communicates well, gives/receives feedback, driven by developer experience SetupYou will be employed by us and deployed to client to work on this assignment. Integrated team member, hybrid: onsite weekly in Helsingborg, with periodic visits to the Malmö office.
