Senior Full Stack Developer (Java/Kotlin + AWS + Kubernetes)

Role : Senior Full Stack Developer (Java/Kotlin + AWS + Kubernetes)Length: 1 year plus possibilities to extendLocation: Södertälje, Stockholm ( 2-3 days per week spent in the office ) Key is the combination of AWS, Kubernetes DevOps, Java/kotlin. 10+ years of experience Senior Fullstack Developer who is responsible for developing and deploying applications utilized by retailers and service advisors globally. The ideal candidate is comfortable working within a team that embraces ownership of their application and leverages modern technologies for effective resale operations. As part of the team, the successful candidate will:

• Collaborate with team members on developing and deploying applications to production- Utilize development practices like event-driven architecture and continuous deployment- Exercise sound judgment on deployment decisions while articulating potential risks- Focus on building systems that enable rapid and confident team movement- Contribute to back-end, front-end, and AWS development as needed- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning- Participate in refining software stacks and innovate with modern technology- Maintain and develop micro frontends and microservices- Engage with cloud-based architecture deployed in Kubernetes with GitLab CI pipelines- Facilitate communication between services via Kafka.

Key Requirements: Proven experience in Fullstack development with Java and Kotlin Strong understanding of event-driven architecture Experience in microservices and cloud-based deployments Proficient in modern front-end technologies (e.g., React) Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting Nice to Have: Experience with Kubernetes and GitLab CI Knowledge of Kafka as a communication tool Familiarity with Agile methodologies Other Details: This position allows for remote work, with a commitment of 2-3 days per week spent in the office located in south of Stockholm. The contract duration is one year, with potential for extension. The role entails actively participating in a dynamic team environment focused on innovation and technology advancement.
