Senior Full-Stack Developer – .NET, Azure, React and Design Systems

Assignment DescriptionWe are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer with strong hands-on backend expertise and solid frontend experience for an assignment within a large enterprise organization.The consultant will take significant technical responsibility for developing business-critical applications, integrations, and reusable frontend components. The role involves working in an early-stage environment where requirements, architecture, and technology choices may not yet be fully established.You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, UX/UI designers, product owners, and development teams to translate business needs and designs into scalable, accessible, and maintainable technical solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop backend solutions using C#, .NET 8, and Web API. Develop integrations across complex system environments, including legacy systems. Build and maintain database solutions using Entity Framework Core and MS SQL Server. Develop modern frontend applications and reusable components using React and TypeScript. Contribute to the development and maintenance of the organization’s design system and component library. Ensure that frontend components comply with WCAG accessibility standards. Perform frontend and backend testing to maintain high code quality. Support other development teams in implementing shared components and design-system standards. Contribute to architecture and technology decisions during the early stages of development. Break down business requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions. Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and/or GitHub Actions. Implement Infrastructure as Code using Bicep. Produce technical and component documentation. Contribute to knowledge sharing and agile ways of working. Mandatory Requirements6–8 years of professional software development experience. Strong hands-on experience with modern C# and .NET, including .NET 8 and Web API. Strong experience with Microsoft Azure. Documented experience in integration development. Experience with Entity Framework Core, particularly Code First. Experience working with stored procedures. Strong knowledge of MS SQL Server. Very good experience with React, TypeScript, and JavaScript. Very good knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3. Experience developing reusable, component-based frontend solutions. Experience working with design systems or shared component libraries. Experience testing frontend components and backend services. Good knowledge of WCAG and practical experience developing accessible components. Experience with Git, npm, and Semantic Versioning. Experience with CI/CD using Azure DevOps and/or GitHub Actions. Experience with Infrastructure as Code, preferably Bicep. Documented experience taking technical responsibility during early project phases. Ability to translate business requirements and designs into technical solutions. Experience working according to agile development methodologies. Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Preferred ExperienceExperience setting up or improving CI/CD pipelines. Experience integrating modern solutions with legacy systems. Experience supporting multiple teams using a shared design system. Previous experience within retail, logistics, banking, finance, or another complex enterprise environment.
