Senior Fullstack (Java/Kotlin) Developer with Tech Lead Experience

We are seeking a Senior Fullstack Developer with Tech Lead experience who is responsible for developing and deploying applications utilized by retailers and service advisors globally. The ideal candidate is comfortable working within a team that embraces ownership of their application and leverages modern technologies for effective resale operations.

As part of the team, the successful candidate will:

Collaborate with team members on developing and deploying applications to production Utilize development practices like event-driven architecture and continuous deployment Exercise sound judgment on deployment decisions while articulating potential risks Focus on building systems that enable rapid and confident team movement Contribute to back-end, front-end, and AWS development as needed Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning Participate in refining software stacks and innovate with modern technology Maintain and develop micro frontends and microservices Engage with cloud-based architecture deployed in Kubernetes with GitLab CI pipelines Facilitate communication between services via Kafka.

Proven experience in Fullstack development with Java and KotlinStrong understanding of event-driven architectureExperience in microservices and cloud-based deploymentsProficient in modern front-end technologies (e.g., React)Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting

Experience with Kubernetes and GitLab CIKnowledge of Kafka as a communication toolFamiliarity with Agile methodologies

This position allows for remote work, with a commitment of 2-3 days per week spent in the office located in south of Stockholm. The contract duration is one year, with potential for extension. The role entails actively participating in a dynamic team environment focused on innovation and technology advancement.
