We are looking for a senior Hardware Engineer with strong experience in PCB layout and circuit board development for a consulting assignment.
The client is based in Malmö, but there is likely flexibility to perform a large part of the assignment remotely.
Responsibilities include
- Design and develop PCB layouts and circuit boards
- Work with hardware design, schematics and board-level development
- Support design reviews, verification and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with electronics, mechanical and software teams
- Ensure high-quality, manufacturable and reliable hardware solutions
Required experience
- Senior experience in hardware engineering
- Strong hands-on experience with PCB layout
- Experience developing circuit boards from concept to implementation
- Good understanding of electronics design and hardware verification
- Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with technical stakeholders
Meritorious
- Experience with high-speed design, EMC/EMI, power electronics or embedded hardware
- Experience with tools such as Altium, Cadence, KiCad, Mentor Graphics or similar
- Experience from industrial, automotive, telecom or medtech environments
We are looking for a structured and experienced hardware engineer who can take ownership of PCB and circuit board development in a flexible consulting setup.
