Sr/Lead Databricks Engineer, Long-Term B2B Contract | €550–650/day | Fully Remote Europe I am currently looking for x2 Senior Databricks Engineers for an opportunity with a leading consultancy. This is a hands-on engineering role within a large-scale data environment, focused on building and improving modern data platforms. The Role:You’ll be working across:Databricks and Delta LakePython and PySparkSQL and data engineeringData pipelines and ETL/ELTPerformance and platform optimisationAzure cloud infrastructureKubernetes and containerised environmentsData architecture and scalable solutionsTroubleshooting and production support The team is looking for someone who can build, optimise and challenge existing solutions, with a strong focus on scalability, performance and modern data/AI engineering practices. What They’re Looking For:2-3+ years of hands-on Databricks experienceStrong Python and PySparkExcellent SQLExperience working with AzureKubernetes experienceStrong understanding of data engineering and architectureExperience optimising Databricks/Spark workloadsComfortable working independently in a senior engineering capacityDatabricks certifications would be nice to have too!
