Senior Lifecycle Manager
Timeleft
⌘ About The RoleWe are looking for a Senior Lifecycle Manager to own and build our end-to-end lifecycle programme across email, push, SMS and in-app. Timeleft has a massive untapped ceiling on turning signups into paying subscribers, holding the subscribers we have, and bringing back the ones who slipped away. Millions of users, high interaction, real product love. What we need is someone who can turn all that into compounding value. This is a full-stack role for someone who thinks strategically and ships operationally. You won't just run campaigns. You'll build the capabilities that make lifecycle smarter over time: moving from static communications and hard-coded flows toward predictive, personalised and eventually AI-driven decisioning. You build the strategy, run the programme in Customer.io, and partner deeply with Product on retention. Retention is not a messaging problem alone. It lives in the product experience. Reports directly to the VP Data. ⌘ Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the lifecycle programme end to end. Email, push, SMS, in-appOwn activation: turn signups into paying subscribers.
