Own motion projects from design to deliveryProduce marketing videos, motion graphics, and product animations end-to-endCollaborate with marketing and product teams to ideate and executeDefine and evolve the DualEntry motion style
What Sets You Up For Success
Hardcore work ethic and high agency7+ years of motion design experienceComfortable wearing the hats of both designer and creative directorAble to turn loose briefs into polished workDeep knowledge of After Effects, 3D experience is desirablePrior experience with Figma and Lottie/Rive, or willingness to learn
