Requirement:A 3rd Level qualification in a related field5 years post Qualification experience in a similar roleA proven track record in delivering complex projects on time and within budgetProficient in the use of Primavera P6 softwareExperience of Asta Powerproject and MS ProjectComputer literate with good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Word etc.Good interpersonal and communication skillsExperience in working on large scale construction projects Reporting to the Contracts Manager and Planning Department Manager, the key responsibilities include:Manage and update the Project Construction ProgrammeCreate, manage, and update short term, area, and trade programmesIntegrate procurement and information schedules within the overall Project Construction ProgrammePrepare detailed progress reports on a weekly basis for issue to the Contracts Manager and ClientManage and develop progress monitoring techniquesManpower and cost load the Project Construction ProgrammeMonitor and report on Earned Value. This will include detailed reporting to the client as well as the production of progress S-Curves for internal and external issueIntegrate subcontractor and supplier schedules within the overall Project Construction TeamMonitor and report on supplier and subcontractor design, approval, off-site production etcManage and update the Design Programme in conjunction with the Design ManagerAttend Client progress meeting as requiredAttend Subcontractor and Supplier progress meetingMonitor original v actual and prepare as-built programmesWork with the project team to provide consistency in the project planning approach and facilitate accuracy in reporting and programme execution.
