🤖 Senior Platform Engineer📍 Remote in Europe We’re working with an ambitious, fast-growing HealthTech company. Combining cutting-edge healthcare, AI and a premium consumer experience, the business is developing a technology platform designed to transform how individuals and clinicians understand, manage and optimise long-term health. This is a highly hands-on position with significant ownership. You’ll work closely with the leadership, clinical and operational teams to design and build technology used by both clients and healthcare professionals. They're looking for a Senior / Lead Full Stack Engineer who is comfortable taking ownership and building products in a fast-moving environment.Ideally, you'll bring: Strong experience shipping real-world products within a startup or scale-up environment, ideally Series A/B stageStrong TypeScript and React / Next.js experienceExperience building backend applications using Node.js and/or PythonGood knowledge of PostgreSQL in production environmentsHands-on experience building and managing infrastructure within AWSExperience across both frontend and backend developmentExposure to mobile application developmentStrong understanding of APIs, integrations, data architecture and modern cloud environmentsExperience shipping genuine LLM / Generative AI-powered features into productionHands-on use of modern AI development and agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor or similarA strong product mindset — able to understand a business or user problem and translate it into a simple, effective technical solutionComfortable operating with autonomy and making technical decisions without relying on a large engineering team The Ideal BackgroundThis could be a particularly strong fit if you've worked as a:Founding Engineer | Lead Engineer | Senior Full Stack Engineer | Staff Software Engineer | Senior Product Engineer | AI Engineer Previous HealthTech experience is useful but not essential.
