Senior Product Designer

We’re looking for a highly independent Senior Product Designer to join our six-person design team at iOENT. This is a hands-on product design role for someone who can take ownership of a problem, make strong design decisions independently and turn complex requirements into polished, production-ready experiences. What you’ll doOwn product design from problem definition through to final UI.Design user flows, prototypes and responsive digital experiences.Work with and continuously improve our design system.Maintain clean, structured and developer-ready Figma files.Use AI tools as part of your everyday design workflow.Create visual assets needed for your own product and web designs.Occasionally support brand or marketing design when needed. What we’re looking forSenior-level Product Design / UI/UX experience.Proven experience taking products or major features from 0→1.Strong product thinking, problem-solving and independent decision-making.Excellent UI, UX and visual design skills.Advanced Figma, prototyping and design-system experience.Experience designing complex user journeys and flows.Ability to take full ownership from problem definition through to production-ready design.Hands-on experience using AI tools as part of the design workflow.Professional working proficiency in English.Experience in fintech, crypto, payments, or other complex digital products is a plus, but not required.
