Senior Project Manager

Auxilia Group are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager for a 12-18 month MedTech project with a client in Switzerland. The role is primarily remote, with occasional travel to Switzerland (circa once a quarter). The project involves the transfer of product, quality and manufacturing documentation/data from the current PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) environment into a new system. The client is looking for someone who combines strong Project Management, QMS and data migration experience with the soft skills required to manage a complex customer and stakeholder environment. The candidate will have:10+ years Project/Program Management experience, preferably within Medical Devices, Pharma or another regulated environment.Strong experience leading complex data and/or document migration projects.Good understanding of QMS, controlled documentation, document lifecycle and change control.Experience managing the migration of product, quality, engineering or manufacturing data/documentation.Understanding of migration activities such as data mapping, cleansing, validation/reconciliation, governance and cutover.Strong project governance: timelines, risks, dependencies, responsibilities, resources and escalations.Experience coordinating cross functional teams across Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, IT and business functions.Strong understanding of working within a regulated environment where data/document integrity and business continuity are important. Experience with PLM systems would be beneficial and knowledge of PTC Windchill and/or Oracle Agile PLM would be a strong bonus, but neither is a prerequisite. Only candidates with Project or Programme Management experience in Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences or another highly regulated environment will be considered. The client requires demonstrable experience of operating within regulated quality, documentation and compliance frameworks.
