We are currently looking for several experienced Senior Site Managers and Site Managers (Electrical) to join our customer’s high-profile substation projects in Finland and Sweden. These are long-term assignments offering the opportunity to work on technically demanding projects within the rapidly growing power and energy sector.

What We Are Looking For
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related fieldExperience working with electrical substations, powerplants or industrial installations with high-voltage (HV) or medium-voltage (MV) systemsProven experience in site management within industrial, energy, or infrastructure projectsExcellent communication skills in English; Finnish or Swedish language skills are considered an advantageFinnish S1 or Swedish A-authorization is beneficialStrong leadership skills and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders in a project environment
