Senior Software Engineer

Role: Sr. Software EngineerLocation: Helsingborg, SEType: Contract Job ResponsibilitiesContribute to the technical architecture, system design, and evolution of the ADP.Design and develop new platform features and capabilities.Design and implement AI- and agentic technology-driven capabilities within the platform.Collaborate with product owners and users to translate developer needs into effective technical solutions.Contribute to UX design and ensure the platform provides an intuitive and efficient experience for developer users.Design and implement integrations between the platform and existing development tools, services, and portals.Contribute to API design, system integration, and platform interoperability.Prototype, test, and validate new concepts and solutions with product owners and end users.Participate in agile ceremonies, architecture discussions, code reviews, and collaborative problem-solving.Contribute to technical documentation, architectural decisions, and knowledge sharing.Support the product team in developing the platform's long-term technical roadmap and strategy.Identify opportunities to improve developer productivity, experience, automation, and platform capabilities.Help evolve the platform from an early-stage prototype into a robust, scalable, and maintainable product. Required Knowledge, Experience & CompetenciesRequiredProven hands-on experience with AI/ML and agentic technologies, including practical implementation within software or platform environments.Strong experience designing and implementing technical architectures for developer platforms, developer tooling, or internal platforms.Strong understanding of UX principles for developer-facing products, tools, and platforms.Proven experience with system integrations, APIs, and distributed technology environments.Experience working in early-stage product development environments where requirements are evolving and ambiguity is high.Ability to balance hands-on technical delivery with broader architectural and product considerations.Strategic mindset with the ability to contribute to both immediate product development and long-term platform direction. DesiredExperience developing or contributing to developer platforms, internal developer portals, platform engineering solutions, or similar products.Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD, and deployment automation.Knowledge of modern cloud platforms, cloud-native architectures, and infrastructure.Experience working with agile and iterative product development methodologies.Experience designing solutions that improve developer productivity and developer experience.Exposure to emerging AI/agentic development patterns and their application to software engineering workflows.
