Senior Software Engineer

The roleWe are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to design and build features for our global investment platform. This is not a standard coding role. We leverage AI extensively in our development workflow. You will focus on architecture, design, and high-level problem solving rather than writing every line of boilerplate code. You will act as the architect and quality gatekeeper, orchestrating AI workflows to build secure, scalable features. Your key responsibilitiesAI orchestration: Manage AI workflows across the lifecycle—from requirements gathering to code generation and release automation.Quality gatekeeping: Review AI-generated code to ensure it meets strict production standards for security, scalability, and maintainability.Full-stack architecture: Design features from the database level (MySQL) up to the user interface (React).Infrastructure and operations: Manage resources via IaC, develop CI/CD processes, and take ownership of features through to deployment and monitoring.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions in a high-growth environment.
