Senior Talent Partner, EMEA Logan Talent is partnering with a growing international organisation that is continuing to expand its teams across EMEA.We’re looking for an experienced Senior Talent Partner to take ownership of hiring across a broad range of commercial, go-to-market and operations functions. You’ll work directly with regional and functional leaders, helping them identify and attract strong talent across multiple markets.This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on proactive search. We’re particularly interested in people who are comfortable building talent maps, approaching passive candidates and using market intelligence to help shape hiring decisions. The hiring remit will include areas such as:• Sales and Commercial • Business Development • Strategic Partnerships • Customer Success • Marketing and Growth • Revenue Operations • Supply Chain and Logistics • Country and Regional Operations • Business Operations • Operational Excellence What you’ll be doing:• Owning recruitment processes from initial briefing through to offer • Building talent maps across key EMEA markets • Developing proactive sourcing and headhunting strategies • Identifying and engaging senior passive candidates • Partnering directly with regional and functional leaders • Advising stakeholders on talent availability, compensation and competitor activity • Building pipelines for future leadership and specialist hiring • Supporting workforce planning and upcoming hiring priorities • Improving recruitment processes, reporting and visibility across the region What we’re looking for:• Experience in Talent Acquisition, Executive Search or senior agency recruitment • Strong experience hiring commercial, GTM and/or operations talent • Experience recruiting internationally across EMEA • Excellent direct sourcing, research and headhunting capability • Confidence working directly with senior stakeholders • Strong market mapping and talent intelligence skills • Experience working within international, scaling or fast-moving organisationsExperience within technology, SaaS, fintech, marketplaces, eCommerce, logistics or other high-growth sectors would be particularly relevant.
