What You Will Be Doing
As a Senior Trade Finance Specialist, you will work at the heart of our operations, collaborating closely with clients in Finland to deliver high-quality and tailored Trade Finance services. Your previous experience in bank guarantees will be essential as you support companies in navigating complex international bank guarantee transactions whilst working alongside colleagues in Nordic countries and Lithuania to ensure seamless service delivery. Take ownership of bank guarantees end to end, creating value through trusted adviceKeep documentation and deadlines on track for accurate, timely and compliant deliveryDrive smarter ways of working that improve quality, efficiency and client focusHelp develop digital capabilities that simplify processes and enhance client experienceBuild strong international collaboration to deliver a seamless service
About You
A minimum of three years experience in Trade Finance and strong knowledge in bank guaranteesKnowledge of the legal, compliance and risk aspects of bank guarantees, including URDG and ISP rules; experience with other Trade Finance products is considered an advantageEngaging and professional communication skills in Finnish and English; skills in Swedish, German or French are considered an advantageA relevant degree in finance, business or a related fieldProficiency in using digital tools accurately and efficientlyA structured and proactive mindset, with confidence in navigating complexity, embracing new challenges and learning along the way
