Senior UX/UI Lead

RequirementsMust have:Documented senior experience in UX/UI or digital product design, with own operational responsibility for both research or needs work and detailed UI designProven deliverables for both web and mobile apps. The candidate should be able to show their own examples of flows, interaction, visual interfaces and development-oriented handoverExperience in independently leading and coordinating design work in cross-functional product teams, without leaving the practical design productionExperience with customer insights, user testing, prototyping and design decisions in close collaboration with product owners, developers and CXVery good Swedish and English in speech and writing; based in Sweden and available for recurring work on site in Stockholm.
