Daily tasks include diagnosing technical issues, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical faults, and executing planned and corrective service work to minimize downtime. The technician will travel to customer sites, carry out field service interventions, document work performed, and ensure equipment safety and performance standards are met. The role also involves collaborating closely with customers, providing clear communication, and offering guidance to help optimize the use and longevity of their equipment.QualificationsStrong skills in Maintenance & Repair and Maintenance for industrial or CNC-controlled machinery.Proficiency in Troubleshooting complex mechanical, electrical, and control system issues.Experience in Field Service, including on-site visits, service reporting, and customer coordination.Solid Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, build trust, and manage expectations.Relevant technical education in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering, or equivalent practical experience.Ability to read technical drawings, manuals, and schematics, and use diagnostic tools safely and effectively.Comfort working independently, managing priorities, and traveling within the region as required.Knowledge of CNC machinery or industrial automation is an advantage; experience in the manufacturing sector is beneficial.
