Job Title: ServiceNow Legal Service Delivery (LSD) Consultant / DeveloperLocation: Germany / EU (Hybrid / EU)Type of hiring: 6-month contract, extendable Job Description: Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Legal Service Delivery (LSD) Developer/Consultant to design, configure, and optimize legal workflows. In this role, you will bridge the gap between corporate legal operations and technical delivery, transforming manual intake processes into automated digital solutions. Key Responsibilities:Configuration & Implementation: Configure and deploy out-of-the-box ServiceNow LSD applications, including Legal Request Management, Legal Matter Management, and the Legal Counsel Center.Workflow Automation: Build and customize record producers, assignment rules, UI policies, and advanced workflows using Flow Designer. Integration Management: Implement third-party integrations for electronic signatures (e.g., DocuSign, Adobe Sign) and document repositories (e.g., iManage, Google Drive, OneDrive).AI & Virtual Agent Setup: Configure Virtual Agent topics and leverage GenAI/Now Assist features to automate routine legal intake and request summarization. Required QualificationsExperience: 5+ years of total ServiceNow platform development experience, with a minimum of 2+ years dedicated specifically to implementing Legal Service Delivery (LSD).Technical Skills: Proficient in Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and Workspace configuration.Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or relevant micro-certifications preferred.
