ServiceNow Platform Architect (German speaking)

What will you do?Our ServiceNow Architect plays a key role in achieving success for our business and customers. In this remote position, you will help customers with designing the best flow experiences on the ServiceNow platform. You will be part of the regional Architecture team, combining your strength and that of our other architects to create, safeguard and propagate new solutions and best practices. You also take part in the presales process, during which you build solid relationships with our customers, which on occasion means you travel to our customer premises within the DACH region. Within our organization, you will act as the go-to person for questions about the ServiceNow platform. Because you know the platform and our applications inside out. You are an inspirator and a trusted advisor. Whilst safeguarding the delivered quality, you constantly raise the bar for yourself and your environment while at the same time being a pleasant person to work with. For our consultants, you are the main contact for complex questions. In answering them, you provide them with both solicited and unsolicited advice and therefore support. Furthermore, you have a clear view on the future of ServiceNow, AI, and the impact this will have on your work, our customers, and our ServiceNow practice. We ask:A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related fieldFluency in English and GermanMinimum of 5 years of ServiceNow experience – you’ve worked with at least three ServiceNow modules2+ years as an Architect (Technical/Platform) and 3+ years in a consultancy role.Able to work with- and govern Client & Server ScriptingStrong communication, explanation and presentation skillsUndeniable passion and enthusiasm for ServiceNow and ITMature character, full of energyAbility to work independently and lead othersStrong sense of integrity What’s in it for youWe have flexible cooperation models available, employment contract or B2B.
