For one of my customer we are looking for a Microsoft SharePoint/Teams support consultant.Location: Europe(100% remote)Duration: 6 months renewableDescription:We are looking for SharePoint expertise to support our Workplace platform. Our objective is to provide effective user support by answering questions and translating business needs into technical requirements for GCC L2/L3 support teams. This expertise will also be required to participate in specialized meetings and site meetings. A strong ability to handle and respond to “how-to” support tickets in English is essential to ensure smooth and effective communication. Our goal is to enhance the user experience and optimize the use of SharePoint across the organization. Deliverables:Provide high-quality SharePoint user support within the Workplace platform.Translate user requirements into technical specifications for L2/L3 support teams.Actively participate in specialized meetings and discovery sessions.Ensure efficient handling of “how-to” support tickets in English.Enhance the user experience and optimize the use of SharePoint across the organization.
