About the Company
CGNEE is looking for a Renewable Energy Site Manager to support the safe, reliable and efficient operation of our renewable energy assets in Sweden.
About the Role
The role will focus on on-site technical supervision, operational follow-up, contractor coordination, HSE implementation, technical issue tracking, site documentation and support to asset management activities. The position covers renewable generation assets, BoP systems, substations, SCADA rooms, HV equipment, access roads and other site infrastructure.
Responsibilities
Coordinate site operations, technical inspections and operational issue follow-upSupervise O&M providers, subcontractors and service providersSupport Asset Managers with technical coordination, reporting, project follow-up and invoice verificationMonitor HSE, compliance, environmental reporting, site access control and operational riskMaintain structured site documentation, inspection records and technical reportsSupport site projects, operational improvements and technical investigations Qualifications
Technical education or background in Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, Energy, Renewable Energy or a related fieldMinimum 5 years’ experience in renewable energy, wind farm operations, HV operations, technical maintenance or site operationsValid Swedish work authorization and valid driving licenceFluent Swedish and EnglishExperience with wind farm operations, HV systems, SCADA, CMMS, Vestas platforms, GWO, Hot Work certification or site supervision is a strong plus Required Skills
