Site Manager, Data Center Building Automation Systems
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our growing Building Automation team and support the delivery of large-scale data center building automation projects in Finland.
In this position, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth project execution on-site. You will coordinate daily site activities, work closely with project teams and subcontractors, and help ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on mission-critical infrastructure projects within an international project environment and contribute to some of Siemens' most significant data center projects.
The role is based in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area. During the project preparation phase, you will work in a hybrid model, while project execution will primarily take place on-site to ensure successful project delivery.
Your Responsibilities
Leading and supervising day-to-day site operationsCoordinating subcontractors, commissioning teams, and project stakeholdersSupporting project delivery in line with agreed schedules, objectives, and quality standardsDeveloping and maintaining site schedules together with the Project ManagerOrganizing site meetings and ensuring effective communication between stakeholdersMonitoring site progress and reporting risks, issues, and milestonesEnsuring project documentation is accurate and up to datePromoting and maintaining compliance with health, safety, and quality requirements
We are looking for someone who has
Previous experience managing site activities in technically demanding project environments such as industrial facilities, infrastructure projects, energy projects, manufacturing sites, or data centersA technical background in areas such as automation, electrical systems, engineering, industrial technologies, or related disciplinesExperience coordinating multiple stakeholders and subcontractors in a project environmentStrong communication and organizational skillsA proactive and solution-oriented approach to workThe ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with diverse teamsProfessional-level English language skills

Experience working in data centers or other mission-critical environmentsKnowledge of automation systems, control systems, commissioning activities, or system handoversUnderstanding of networking and IT infrastructure within technical environmentsExperience working in international project organizationsKnowledge of Nordic languagesExperience with PXC programming and commissioning
