Social Media Manager - Entrepreneurship Podcast Salary- negotiable/dependent on experienceFully remote! We're hiring a Social Media Manager for a fast-growing podcast in the business and entrepreneurship space, where founders share the real stories behind how they built some of the world's biggest companies. This is a role for someone who wants to own a show's social growth end to end. You'll decide the clip strategy: what gets posted, when, and where, turning long-form founder conversations into content that travels across YouTube Shorts, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and X. Ideally you'll have hands-on experience creating or managing social media content for a podcast before, so you already understand how to turn long-form episodes into clips that perform What you'll be doing:Deciding what to post, when, and where across every platformSpotting and cutting standout clips from every episodeGrowing and engaging an online community around the showStaying ahead of platform trends and experimenting with new formats What we're looking for:Experience working on social media content for a podcast (ideal, not essential)A genuine passion for business, startups and founder storiesA sharp instinct for social media and what makes content travelStrong analytical skills to read performance data and adjust strategyExcellent writing, editing and content creation skillsA genuine passion for business, startups and founder stories
