Social Media Manager – Fragrance Launch

This role is ideal for a creative and strategic social media professional passionate about premium consumer brands. You will take full ownership of building and executing the social media presence for a fragrance brand, focusing on Instagram and TikTok. Leveraging an existing library of professional photography and brand assets, you will develop and implement a content strategy to drive brand awareness, community engagement, website traffic, and sales. The position requires a hands-on approach to content planning, creation, and community management during a defined launch period, with the potential for ongoing collaboration.

Deliverables

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy tailored to fragrance and lifestyle audiences. Plan, create, and edit short-form video content, including Reels and TikTok videos, using both existing brand assets and new UGC-style content. Optimize social media accounts for maximum reach and engagement. Schedule and publish posts consistently across platforms. Engage with the community, respond to comments and messages, and foster authentic brand interactions. Conduct creator and influencer outreach to expand brand reach. Test and analyze content ideas to identify high-performing formats and topics.

Proven experience managing and growing social media channels for consumer brands, ideally in fragrance, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle sectors. Strong skills in short-form video creation, editing, and social-first content production. Proficiency with Instagram, TikTok, and relevant content scheduling and analytics tools. Ability to create authentic, engaging UGC-style content. Excellent written and visual communication skills. Experience with influencer and creator outreach. Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently. Availability for a defined launch period, with potential for ongoing work. UK-based or able to work within UK time zones preferred.
