Location: Limassol, Cyprus (Office, on-site; open to candidates currently based in, or willing to relocate to Cyprus) What You Will DoLead SMM Strategy: Own and execute the complete social media roadmap across key channels, including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Telegram.Build Content Frameworks: Establish structured quarterly and monthly content planning systems and campaign calendars tailored to distinct brand identities.Drive Performance & Revenue: Scale multi-platform campaigns that maximize engagement, traffic, conversions, First Time Deposits (FTDs), LTV contribution, and overall ROI.Manage KPIs & Reporting: Define, track, and analyze key metrics (ER/ERR, reach, impressions, CTR, CPM, CPC) to deliver actionable, data-driven performance reports.Direct Budget & Partnerships: Oversee social media budget allocation and build strong, scalable relationships with key industry influencers, media partners, and external vendors.Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with internal design, product, and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all digital touchpoints.Safeguard Brand Reputation: Oversee crisis communication, community sentiment, and online reputation management across all active social channels.Innovate & Adapt: Stay ahead of emerging social media trends, algorithm updates, and platform features to maintain a distinct competitive advantage. What You BringProven SMM Experience: 6+ years of hands-on social media marketing experience with a track record of building and scaling operations.Leadership Track Record: 3+ years in a Team Lead or Supervisory role, managing in-house team members and external agencies/vendors.iGaming Expertise: 3+ years of mandatory experience in the iGaming, betting, or online gambling sector.Data-Driven Mindset: Deep understanding of performance-driven metrics, including FTDs, ROI, LTV, CTR, and ER/ERR.Paid Amplification Skills: Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and paid social strategy to support organic growth.Language Proficiency: Fluent command of professional written and spoken English.
