Software Test Engineer

The roleConnected Experience unit within Engineering includes Connectivity Platform, Mobile Experience, Infotainment Platform, Applications and Data & Diagnostics. Customers vision and strategy are to maximize the attractiveness of owning and using their vehicles, make all cars connected and provide a continuously enhanced experience for both new and existing cars. The department Connectivity Platform is responsible for delivering Global Connectivity as a service – E2E including SW and Mobile Network Services. The platform they provide is the prerequisite for all connected applications and services within the vehicle. ResponsibilitiesPart of a scrum team (~7 persons), working agile on working on backlog items in 2 week sprints.All reporting of status and progress in JIRA/Flow and daily standup meetings Experience and backgroundBachelor degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering or similarTest methodologies like System, Integration and Component testingDevelopment of Test Automation frameworks (both Windows and Linux environment)Test and Verification experience on mobile network simulators (R&S CMW/CMX500 or similar)CI/CD tools (bash, Git, Gerrit, Jenkins)Communicative in speech and writingFluent in English (written and spoken)Driving License (EU or Swedish) Meritorious PythonExperience testing eCall, NG eCall, Assistance Call or similar servicesAgile SW developmentFluent in Swedish (written and spoken)Experience of working in a cross-functional team If you are passionate about bringing innovation to the projects you work on, then we would love to hear from you.
