Professional/Technical QualificationsExpert knowledge in Active Directory and Group Policy ManagementExpert knowledge in Microsoft Configuration ManagerExpert knowledge in managing Windows in a locked down enterprise environmentGood knowledge in scripting (PowerShell and VBScript)Good knowledge in operating system deployment via Microsoft Configuration ManagerGood knowledge in Windows 7, Windows 10 and Windows 11 and their components (AppLocker, Windows Firewall, BitLocker, Microsoft Defender, Distributed File System, among others.)Good documentation skillsBonus if good knowledge in Intune and EntraExperience with ServiceNow

Android/Handheld environmentAnalyze the requirements in customer requests and how they can be integrated into the existing environment delivered by FactoryPlace. Investigate new technologies and functionalities in the android operating system and management systems to determine their applicability to the customers business needs. Propose new solutions and improvements of the FactoryPlace client service to the customer.
