Solutions Consultant – Warehouse Robotics & AutomationEMEA | €100,000 + 25% Bonus John Charles Search is exclusively representing a rapidly growing global robotics and warehouse automation business seeking an experienced Solutions Consultant to support customers across EMEA. This is a highly technical, customer-facing pre-sales and solution design role, working alongside Sales teams to develop automation concepts, warehouse layouts and compelling technical proposals. The Opportunity You will be responsible for understanding customer requirements and translating them into complete warehouse automation solutions — determining what technology is required, where it should be positioned and how the different systems will work together. You will support the sales process from initial discovery and concept development through proposal and customer presentation. Package Up to €100,000 base salary25% annual bonusEMEA remit & travelAdvanced robotics & warehouse automationCustomer-facing pre-sales & solution designHigh-growth international business Key Responsibilities Develop warehouse automation concepts and solutions based on customer requirements.Design and produce warehouse layouts, determining the optimal positioning of robotics, storage, conveyors and material-flow equipment.Develop technical and commercial proposals for customers.Analyse warehouse operations, throughput, storage requirements and material-flow processes.Work across ASRS, AMR, material flow, conveyors and automated warehouse technologies.Collaborate closely with Sales and Business Development teams throughout the pre-sales process.Support customer meetings, presentations, workshops and technical discussions.Translate complex customer requirements into practical, scalable automation solutions.Work with engineering and technical teams to validate proposed solutions.Help develop ROI, operational concepts and solution documentation to support the sales process.Manage multiple customer opportunities and proposals simultaneously. What We're Looking For Proven experience in Solutions Consulting, Solution Design, Pre-Sales, Applications Engineering or Sales Engineering within automation.Strong knowledge of ASRS, AMR robotics and material-flow systems.Experience developing warehouse layouts and automation concepts.Ability to understand how different automation technologies integrate within a warehouse environment.Strong commercial awareness and ability to support complex sales opportunities.Confident working directly with customers and senior stakeholders.Strong collaboration with Sales, Engineering and Project Delivery teams.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Willingness to travel across EMEA as required.
