We are looking for an ambitious and talented Sous chef to join our team At six brasserie

As Sous Chef At six brasserie you are an important part of the kitchen’s daily operations. Working closely with the Head Chef and Executive Chef, you help ensure smooth service, high quality and strong teamwork.

This role is ideal for a skilled chef ready to take the next step in an ambitious kitchen.

The successful candidate will

Have experience as Sous Chef or a Senior Chef with leadership responsibilitiesMichelin star experience is preferable, but not essentialBe able to work effectively as part of a teamBe comfortable working in a high-volume, high-quality kitchenTake responsibility during service and support the teamBe structured, reliable and solution-orientedHave a strong passion for food and craftsmanshipBe eager to develop professionally within a strong kitchen organisation

Experience with international cuisine
