Revpanda Group is a leading digital marketing company specialising in iGaming, affiliate marketing, and performance-driven solutions. We are looking for an experienced Programmatic Specialist to join our team full-time and take ownership of our programmatic advertising function.In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing our programmatic strategy, managing campaigns, optimising performance, and building a scalable programmatic acquisition channel. You will play a key role in identifying growth opportunities, improving campaign efficiency, and driving measurable business results. Responsibilities:Own and develop Revpanda Group’s programmatic strategy and roadmap.Plan, launch, optimise, and scale programmatic campaigns through Adform.Manage the full campaign lifecycle, including setup, targeting, bidding, optimisation, reporting, and performance analysis.Develop testing strategies for creatives, audiences, funnels, and campaign structures.Analyse campaign performance, ROI, and attribution data to identify optimisation opportunities.Create media plans and performance reports for programmatic activity.Identify new opportunities to improve acquisition performance and expand programmatic capabilities.Work closely with the creative team to analyze creative performance and provide recommendations on the best-performing concepts, formats, and messaging.Build processes and best practices for scaling the programmatic function. Requirements:3+ years of experience running paid advertising campaigns with a strong focus on programmatic media buying.iGaming experience is mandatory.Hands-on experience with Adform and similar DSP platforms.Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign optimisation.Experience in affiliate marketing and performance acquisition models.Experience running campaigns across display, video, CTV, audio, or digital out-of-home channels.Strong understanding of tracking, attribution, analytics, and performance marketing technology.Experience working with CPA, CPL, CPI, CPM, and ROAS-based campaigns.Ability to analyse data, identify opportunities, and make performance-driven decisions.Experience testing and scaling new traffic sources in competitive or regulated niches.
