Your role As a Student Analyst, you will be an integral member of our Helsinki Office Team gaining exposure to and hands-on experience in:Maintaining the company database and preparing client materials (e.g., candidate profiles, project status reports) and presentations.Supporting search projects through data management and analysis of market and talent trends.Conducting candidate, company, and industry research for active client searches and business development activities.Utilizing proprietary tools and technology to generate names of potential search candidates and to track data in a Salesforce database.Learning about and exploring headquarters-provided AI tools, supporting their local implementation, and applying them under guidance to enhance efficiency and quality in day-to-day research work.Contributing to the creation of search strategy in close collaboration with our Team.What makes you successfulDemonstrate research skills and a deep intellectual curiosity and attention to detail.Be team-oriented, and enjoy adding value to a collegial, collaborative environment.Be proactive and self-motivated and possess a strong sense of urgency.Demonstrate strong verbal communications skills – listening, speaking, and writing.Have well-developed analytical, planning, and project management skills.Display the ability to grasp concepts quickly, think creatively, and synthesize information effectively.Present information with conviction and clarity.What’s in it for youGain a unique insight into Finnish and international business landscape and leadership advisory at the global leader in executive search and leadership consulting.Fun and experienced colleagues to collaborate with and learn from – join a supportive, high-performing team that is keen to share expertise, give feedback, and help you develop your skills.Part-time work with flexible hours (typically 10-20 hours per week) and the possibility of a hybrid work arrangement.How to apply Please send your CV and a motivation letter by email to [email protected].
