Your Role - Flight Ambassador for the Airlines Team
As part of the Swedish-speaking Airlines customer support team, you'll be the first point of contact for passengers, travel partners, and corporate clients.
You'll support customers via phone, email, and digital channels, helping them with bookings, ticket changes, refunds, and travel information.
You will be representing one of the most respected names in global aviation.
Your daily tasks include
Assisting passengers with flight bookings & changesExplaining ticket rules, fees & policiesProcessing refunds & reservation updatesSupporting travel agencies & corporate partnersEnsuring every customer interaction reflects a premium airline experience
This role gives you strong international experience in:

You are
Fluent in Swedish (C1+ level)Confident in EnglishSocial, adaptable & service-mindedCurious about living abroadExcited about working for a global airline
Customer service or hospitality experience is a plus,
