Your role

Be the main point of contact for customers via phone, email and chatSupport customers with orders, deliveries, payments and general inquiriesHandle complaints professionally and efficientlyEnsure a smooth and positive customer journeyWork closely with an international, remote team

Fluent Swedish (written & spoken)Very good EnglishInterest in fashion, lifestyle or online shoppingPrevious customer service or retail experience is a plusComfortable working independently in a remote setupGood technical understanding and computer skillsStrong communication skills and a problem-solving mindsetBased in Greece or willing to relocate
