Role Summary The Talent Acquisition Specialist will own full-cycle recruiting for commercial and business-facing roles across the exchange, focusing on Business Development, while support other functions such as Legal, Finance, Risk, Operations etc. This person will partner closely with hiring managers across regions (APAC, EMEA, LATAM, MENA) to build strong talent pipelines in a fast-moving, competitive crypto hiring market, while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience and compliance with local hiring practices. Key ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for commercial and business roles, from intake briefing through offer and onboarding handoff.Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, build job descriptions, and set hiring criteria aligned to business goals.Source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, crypto-specific talent communities, referrals, and niche job boards.Negotiate offers in coordination with HR/Compensation, balancing candidate expectations with internal equity and budget.Build and maintain talent pools/networks in target markets ahead of hiring need.Stay current on crypto/Web3 industry trends, competitor hiring activity, and regional compensation benchmarks. Requirements2–5 years of recruiting experience, with full-cycle ownership of rolesExperience recruiting in crypto, fintech, trading, or another fast-paced, high-growth tech environment strongly preferred.Familiarity with crypto industry terminology, market structure, and the type of talent that thrives in exchanges (traders, BD, growth) is a strong plus.Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn, X/Twitter crypto communities, Telegram/Discord networks, and referral channels.Proficiency with an ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or similar) and basic recruiting metrics/reporting.Strong written and verbal English communication; additional languages (Mandarin, Korean, Spanish, Arabic) a plus given global candidate pools.Comfortable operating with ambiguity and evolving priorities typical of a scaling crypto business.
