.NET Tech Lead Opportunity - Non-for-profit Sector - Stockholm I am looking for a .NET Tech Lead to join a mid-sized company in the public sector. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in .NET, Azure, and hands-on technical leadership across development initiatives. You'll act as a senior technical lead, working closely with 1–2 development teams across both ongoing operations and new development. This is a hands-on role, balancing day-to-day development with technical leadership, guiding the team and helping shape the technical roadmap. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical leadership and guidance across 1–2 development teamsWork hands-on with .NET and Azure, contributing directly to development and technical solutionsGuide the technical direction and roadmap for ongoing and new development initiativesEnsure solutions align with a cohesive architecture (MACH-oriented, microservices, Azure)Work closely with developers, architects, and other technical stakeholders to make effective technical decisionsSupport the team in adopting modern development practices, technologies, and approachesContribute to decisions involving AI, APIs, Azure, and modern microservices setupsHelp drive the ongoing modernization and digitalization of the platform Requirements: Demonstrable experience working as a Tech Lead or in a senior development/technical leadership roleStrong hands-on experience developing with .NETStrong experience working with AzureExperience working with microservice architectureExperience guiding development teams and making technical decisionsBeneficial to have experience or strong interest in AI This role requires candidates to speak fluent Swedish and cannot support visas.
