Candidate RequirementsDegree-qualified in Architecture (BArch/MArch or equivalent); professional registration with a recognized architectural board (e.g., ARB, RIBA, or regional equivalent) is highly desirable.Approximately 3–5 years of post-qualification professional experience with a strong focus on technical delivery in a Revit/BIM environment.Strong, up-to-date familiarity with building regulations, statutory approval processes, and technical codes, with a proven track record of adapting across diverse project scales. ResponsibilitiesLead the production of fully coordinated Revit model files, architectural drawing packages, specifications, and comprehensive technical documentation.Translate early-stage design concepts into structurally sound, compliant, and highly detailed technical architecture within a BIM environment.Provide technical oversight and quality control during construction delivery stages, including conducting site inspections and resolving technical queries.
