Technical Product Manager

Join our latest project! Currently we’re looking for a Technical Product Owner to join our client in Stockholm, Sweden. This would be a contract to permanent position, with the initial contract being 12 months long and full-time employment being offered after this. This role will be based within a specialist heavy pumps engineering team, taking technical ownership of critical drive-part product lines and driving product development, product care and continuous improvement activities. The position operates on a hybrid basis, with office attendance expected Tuesday to Thursday and remote working available Monday and Friday. In order to suit the project requirements you should have some of the following:Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering or a related disciplineExperience as a Technical Product Owner, Technical Project Manager, Technical Lead, Engineering Manager or similar roleStrong product development and product lifecycle management experienceExperience owning technical products, systems or engineering portfoliosAbility to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate multiple stakeholdersStrong problem-solving and analytical skills within complex engineering environmentsExperience driving product improvements, technical investigations and engineering change activitiesKnowledge of manufacturing processes, product quality and cost-effective design principlesExperience within pumps, rotating equipment, turbines, industrial equipment or other heavy engineering sectors is advantageousWorking proficiency in Swedish and strong English communication skills This is an opportunity to join a well-established engineering team responsible for the development and support of heavy centrifugal and column tube pumps, where you will play a key role in shaping future product strategy and technical direction.
